LISTEN Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of LISTEN (the "Service"). By using the Service, registered users ("Users") agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Registration

To use the Service, Users must agree to these Terms and complete the specified registration process. When registering, Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. User ID and Password Management

Users are responsible for managing their User ID and password appropriately. The Service shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the unauthorized use of a User ID or password.

4. Privacy Policy

User's personal information will be handled according to the Service's Privacy Policy. Users agree to the Service's handling of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Actions

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

• Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
• Actions related to criminal activity
• Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized collection or use of other Users' personal information
• Harassment of other Users
• Posting or transmitting information related to the Service that includes:
  • Content that infringes copyrights
  • Content that contains advertisements, promotions, or solicitations for commercial purposes. However, this does not apply if LISTEN separately stipulates otherwise in the help or guidelines for each service.
  • Content that includes computer viruses or harmful programs
  • Content that defames others
  • Content that invades another person's privacy
  • Content containing discriminatory expressions or content that may cause discomfort to others
• Actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Service's operators, other Users, or third parties
• Actions that violate any provision of these Terms

6. Suspension of Service Provision

If a User violates any provision of these Terms, the Service may take measures such as suspension of the Service or deletion of the User's registration without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

The Service shall not be held responsible for any damages Users may incur in connection with the Service. However, this does not apply to damages resulting from a contract (including these Terms) established between the Service and the User.

8. Amendment of Terms

The Service may revise these Terms without notifying Users. Revised Terms shall take effect at the time they are revised unless otherwise specified by the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Kyoto District Court in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
